点心之家 + 极乐寺

On the 23^rd February, it is my first Saturday in USM this semester. Our CG members went to 点心之家 for brunch. There, 15 of us enjoy our fellowship and their dim sum is quite nice. The most important thing is, the bills we paid that day were not expensive, each of us need to pay RM8.50. Later on, whole day at my room FB, anime, and I can play LAN Dota this time. Wow… At night, I have dinner at Khaleel with Ember, my new friend. Later on, I promise to help her on the CNY night decoration. We cut and design all those angpao packets. I really enjoy our conversation that night. My next station was accompany her to 24 hours library from 9.30pm to 1.30am. At library, I design my own 2013 calendar planner.

On the 24^th February, I went to EPCC Chinese service in the morning. Later on, I went to Tesco, and bought two things. One is my shoes cost RM49.90 and another one is my slipper cost RM2.90.

During evening, Jayne and I decided to go to Queensbay for shopping. Meanwhile, she introduce her hometown friend to me, her name is call Szi Min. OMG… Another Sze Min, I know 4-5 Sze Min surrounded me. At Queensbay, we went to popular and our dinner that night was Taiwan Bull. What an expensive food, I paid about RM20 for it. HAIZ…

Our next station, Kek Lok Si temple, because tonight was the last day of CNY 2013, 元宵节. Wao… What a pretty and colorful light bulb surrounded there. There, we took a lot of pictures and I meet a lot of USM friends there. Wow… What a huge friends connection I have. I really enjoy tonight although is tired until lazy to write my blog. :P

The MeetingSSS ... :(

On the 21^st February, it is a Thursday. Every coming Thursday I need to attend morning class at 8. Noo … After my morning class, I went Roti Bakar to steal Free Wifi and continue my anime, Naruto Shippudden. Later on, SHE course first class, our lecturer for SHE is En. Zain, a very funny lecturer. Next class at 3pm, “Penulisan Berita 1” lecture by Dr. Nik and En. Zain. Our beloved Dr. Nik is back again to teach us. I’m so excited with her class, until she calls up my name. “ADRIAN LIM OON TIAN” sila jumpa saya kat office. I was totally shocked. I went to her office after class and wait long there. HAIZ … KENA marah lo because I never write and sign my name during the NSTP event.

My very first Xia Xiang meeting on 6.15pm, and don’t know why that time I volunteer as secretary to do report. There, we discuss about our future activities. Hmm… It’s seem many activities are going to be on this semester. Syiok … Meanwhile when we meeting, some of us have to go DTSP for WUS. During WUS, my whole time was playing Temple Run 2. Lolx… After that, back to meeting again at IK until 12.30pm. That whole day super tired. J

On the 22^nd February, Friday I woke up late, and quite lazy go to gym. Around 3pm, another meeting is going to have, which are Kungfu Night meeting. YEAH YEAH … At night, first dinner with my best friend here. We went to Pizza Hut. :P

Today morning, our school invited NSTP to give a career talk about journalism. Every communication students have to attend that talk. 1 word, SIENZ … Our very first class, “visual communication” is quite interesting, I love that lecturer who always seems bler …

Around 5pm, I went to CLC and continue my next event, “Iback 2 pre-season”. Well, this time, I’m the emcee of the day. I was a little bit nervous to become emcee with my English pronunciation. But, I enjoyed it because I now I like to do interaction with the audience. Thank God lead me all the way today. There, I saw PKA have many outgoing activities, YEAH … I’m ready for it.

Next station, LWCF CNY gathering at Gan’s house. I reached there around 9.15pm, and I ate a little bit food only. HAIZ… But I enjoy the gathering with LWCF members.  

Reached back my hostel, don’t know why suddenly I sing Jay Chou song with my new roommate, Zan Kai. Thank God I can know him because he is a good and pro guitarist who everyday plays guitar before he goes to bed. This makes me feel SYIOK man! J

Ab-Normal Class + Re-Visit George Town !

2^nd day of school life, is already 19^th of February, early in the morning, I unable to wake up and I skip SHE, this hubungan etnik course. During my minor class, psychology abnormal, MEMANG the lecturer is not normal at all. He command us to move forward to the sit there, and we spend about 15mins to change here change there, shift here shift there. OMG! At night, Tzi Wei bring me to George Town. There, we ate “Jalan Lima” salted fish fried rice and “Taman Free School” Mak Dou Yao as my dessert. Later on, he brings me to visit Penang Free School and explain the history of this school. That time was so dark, abit scary … Lastly, we went to Gek Lok Si to see the pretty light view, but unfortunately, we fail to … HAIZ … Tzi Wei say he feel regret and and think timing is not so well for today since we can’t eat the famous “Hei Jian” and “Fu Jian Mian” at “Jalan Lima” plus an empty view at Gek Lok Si. 

School Uni-form Day ~

Early in the morning, I hear a sudden voice came from outside my door. Then, I wait them to open the door. Unexpected… Two strangers came in to my room, I was totally shock and awake. Then my first word to them is, “Pai Sei Pai Sei…” so LAME … Later on, I quickly go to office and collect my new room key. Fortunately, I’m lucky I can get the same floor, my new room E05-07-27. Once I enter the room, I saw many boxes on the floor. Then I CSI his stuff on the table, I saw many songs lyrics there and some pharmacy notes on the table, I guess this guy ware from pharmacy course 2^nd year.

Today also is our first FlashMob event, uniform day. I wear my secondary school uniform. Enjoy even though less people wearing school uniform.

Our very first class, “English in writing medias”. Oh no, I saw the course outline got the quizzes during every week, and contains around 5% each quizzes. GG.com!

At night, continue our very first bible study at church and there we celebrate Sheryn Hing birthday. J

2nd SEM, I'm here ~

Welcome home, USM! 17^th February I will always remember this date. Once again, I announce “Semester Two”, let’s have fun! Adrian Lim, this semester please use your time wisely, and set some short goals for this semester. These what I must do every day:

1. Every day do morning devotion.

2. Every day do short revision.

3. Every day do short exercise.

Hurray! Let’s continue ENJOY university life!
