Busy Assignments first, Movie Makan tomorrow ...

This is also a 1 week story from 21^st to 28^th April …

Basically, I’m just rushing my assignments on this week. First is SHE, while doing this, I felt that design is FUN… People use Adobe or Publisher to design, while I use Microsoft Word to Design… :P Besides that, I still have to rush for my YKT108 Video analysis assignment and Profail Keusahawanan assignment.

On Tuesday, I post this in my FB status:

Lecturer: Ada pelajar tanya saya, bila exam? Sebelum atau selepas PRU? I thought he will tell us the actual date, MANATAO he tell us: “Semasa PRU, asal undilah DAP, PKR, dan PAS, inilah yang penting sekali! Students: Wohoo… (clap hands + shouting + screaming)

On Wednesday, I attended 下乡迎新筹委会. Actually I just want to become a normal member, because I knew 13^th to 16^th September I got camp going on. But, they said this 迎新 event probably will start after my camp. Owwhh... It means I got chance to join this. So, I decided to become the committee member. First, I choose president, and fight with a senior call 晓盈. Unfortunately, I’m lost… L But, when I go for vice president again, this time I get it! 下乡迎新副主席，我来咯… So excited to see my future juniors …

On Thursday, nothing special, I just rushing my Profail keusahawanan projek… End up, I edit many things, supposed to add this but I never add in. Lucky got a very good friend call Ylim help me a lot… J

见面礼 for Pauline. 

On Friday, I meet a new friend at BE, she is a friend of Esther, call Pauline. Don’t know why, suddenly I belanja her ice-cream… Lolz … After lunch, I teman her to Queensbay to buy her shoes. But, unfortunately, she can’t find a suitable shoe to wear. HAIZ… Later on, we went to Jeletong Pasar Malam…  I’m glad can know a senior friend that day. 10.50pm, I supposed to gather at RST guard house, because Iron Man 3 is waiting for me… I can’t aspect 18 of us are going to watch midnight show together… Iron man 3 was AWESOME and I got this mini iron man paperclip… Movie end at 2.30am, later on supper until 3.40am… Once reach room, I slept sharp at 4am … Oh no… Chesire Home later … xD

On Saturday, we PKA-ians went to Chesire home to do outreached event with all those people who are disabled. I’m so glad I can become a GAME master … YEAH … I just lead that 3 simple games which are the music box, guessing game, and HA HO games… Everyone are excited even though is a very simple game. I saw their expressions, their involvement, their reaction makes me feel so touch, so comfortable… Although they are disabled, but they willing to try to give response to us…  In God eyes, they are precious like us too… Until 2.30pm, we finally had our lunch at “Passion of Kerala”, is INDIAN food… The most important thing is, all this rice and vegetables can REFILL !!! SEDAP!!!

On Sunday, EPCC English service… Before service, we had a sweet experience about the “PARKING lot” from Yi Qian … :P 

WUS + SHE + MCD + PUCS + PEMANTAU ... xD

This is a 1 whole week story from 15^th to 21^st April…

On the 15^th is Monday, back to school mood MEMANG bluesss… This week onwards we known as “Assignment week”…

On the 16^th, our SHE group went to George Town to “Temple of Fine Arts”. We wanted to interview the teacher there, but we fail too. HAIZ… End up, McD at Green Land… Excited for the next day because our WUS Expo tomorrow… This is our design poster, thanks to my dear friend William. 

On the 17^th, WUS Expo whole day at Dataran Merah there. From 8am until 5.30pm, whole day stay there… Syiok… I managed to sell 26 “Running man T-shirts” on that day. People say praise me NOT BAD liao lo … xD

On the 18^th, YKT102, “Mass Communication” presentation day. I’m a special guest invited by “Klasik FM”. We did a role play in front of class and shows nowdays how radio work like, what they face, bla bla bla … In the evening, we visit “Temple of Fine Arts” again to do further research. This time, I learn a lot of the culture of “Bharathanatyam”… Night, McD again… Sienz… Don’t know why the malays like so much…

On the 19^th, I learn what is “disappointment” and “misunderstanding” in PKA. People get misunderstanding easily anywhere anytime, because of we have high expectation in ourselves, disappointment appear… But, God knows all our “D” and “M”… When we speak to him, he will give u the best answer.

On the 21^st, I visit George Town Baptist Church (GPC)… After that, PEMANTAU training at Times Square. I called my Dad wherever can join this PEMANTAU thingy anot. My father replied: As long Uni allows you, why don’t? I’m so proud that my dad always SUPPORT me, he wants me to learn something in my university life, gain experiences… At night, GCB CG, first time leading words, MEMANG okok lahh … :P

During my holiday from 9^th to 14^th at home, I’m very appreciated I can spend time with my family. Saturday, my father suddenly told me, let’s us have watch movie together at home lo, we want to watch CZ12. Wow… I quickly replied: YES!!! I’m very appreciated this time we can fellowship together to watch a movie. Plus, we make our own cocktail and beers… I will always remember this happy moment in my Mid Sem Break. I know many assignments and works are waiting for me soon.

"To save a life" movie at Balik Pulau ...

What call CAMP again? Haha … This is my 3^rd camp in 2013. This time is BALIK PULAO LWCF Retreat Camp. YEAH YEAH … 

What I learn the most in this camp? We watch a movie call “To save a life”. This story is about real-life challenges of teens and their choices. It's also a story about change and a powerful reminder of how we can all make a difference of someone’s life. The main character call Jake who didn’t care his best friend in school, he grew further away from his friend, who become more of a loner. His friend commit suicide in front of Jake and tell him: You didn’t care me! This movie reflects something in my life. Sometimes, things will easily happen when we don’t really put effort in caring someone who really needs love. We will always seems to be busy doing church stuff, practicing songs, preparing schedules and events, we don’t spend much time on talking with these kind of people who really needs love. This happens in my youth ministry that I serve in my church. I sometimes will miss some strangers, new by passers, or even the old members. My senior pastor teaches me how to talk with these kinds of people, because she said these people need us to acknowledge them. We need to shine Jesus love, we need to care, love, and share our happiness to them, acknowledge them as a part of our members. For me, God gives me a gift which I can communicate with strangers easily and can get to build friendship easily. In my church last time, I use to treat and spend time with new comers. While in USM, I want to continue this kind of spirit, to care more people surrounding me, especially juniors coming next semester. 

What I eat in this camp? In Balik Pulau, I had tried asam laksa, lemak laksa, asam lemak laksa, corn bun, OREO cheese cake, TOMYAM, and one night dinner STEAMBOT again … First time drink the white amomum cadarmomum, it was so bad taste… Yucks … So bitter … 

"Sui" for 3 days ...

Monday, the 7^th week already, time flies very fast … During class, when our lecturer mention about assignments, our first reaction was: HARRRRRRRRRR… Then later on, our lecturer said this: Ok la … Next week is your mid-term break right, I don’t think is a good time for assignments la, no assignments for u all. Everyone CLAP hands, shouting here and there... Wohoo… Next, I plan to go to swimming around 6. When I reached there, they said they were having Ko-K now, so 7pm only reopen. I totally feel Bo MOOD!!! Oh yah, BTW, today is April Fool, but I can’t sense anyone fooling around in university, it seems we all grown up and be matured already. :P

Tuesday, English comprehension test on that day, I felt easy … AGAIN, I plan to go swimming. Once I stepped in the changing room, I only realized, EHHH… Where’s my swimming trunk! S.Y.H.T ... I prepared everything except for the most important ones. WALAOWEI… Yesterday can’t swim because of Ko-K I can accept this fate, but this one! Adrian Lim, why u so careless mistakes…

Wednesday, early in the morning I saw our school Communication’s event page got an event is call “Sejahtera walk”, they stated first 200 first comers got free t-shirts. YEAH… I’m so excited to join. I ask the PIC of this event about the time start, they told me was 5pm. Then, MANATAO I went there at 5, I get a 312 number ! WHAT!!! I miss the chance to get T-shirt! No… Another “SUI” thing happen on me for the past 3 days…

Thursday, nothing much… At night our first MIME practice… YEAH … It was awesomely fun, I hope I can learn all the steps quickly. Thanks for Benedict, he help me a lot in leading the steps…

Friday, I spend my entire time at café accessing Internet for Youtube. KEKE… First place is KOPITAN. There, I watch 2 movies at Youtube, 1 is Naruto latest movie (not that nice…) another one is 笑着回家 (CNY movie, don’t know why suddenly click in)… Enjoy my movie alone … Next stop, Grace ask me for a movie! YEAH ~ Finally I can go for movie, I always no time to go for it… We watch “Olympus fallen down” at 12 midnight… So cool…

Anyway, C.A.M.P again tomorrow! This time to BALIK PULAO… 

3 days whole day outside !!! Kungfu Night !

Yesterday from 7.30am to 11.30pm, then today Friday from 8am to 1am, tomorrow 7.30am to 1.30am… SYIOK lurhh … Busy 3 days never go back hostel REST!

Friday, today’s BE talk about JESUS. This topic reminded me about WHO is JESUS, God’s beloved son. Let me briefly talk what I learn here. The one impressed me a lot is: “How do we know the Bible is true?”  The speaker replied this AWESOME and STANDARD answer, “My faith in Jesus tells my brain that it’s true!” YEAH…

After BE, Kungfu night rehearsal at DTSP. Finally, we can move into DTSP hall and set up. That time, I’m in charge of take after the control room there. First time I saw all those high tech gadgets, lighting and PA systems, it feel so nice… We end up our rehearsal until 1.30am.

Saturday, is the day! Kungfu Night! Nothing much to say, just feel very grand and everyone did their very best in this event.

Sunday, I attend City Harvest Church (CHC) nearby Gurney there. I was so shock and impressed the preaching section. The pastor acts it out everything the story from the last supper to Jesus resurrection. Meanwhile, he preach us always rely on God, trust God have the power to overcome our difficulties. “Human are natural, but do with God is supernatural”, “human do possible, but God do the impossible”. Amen! I never see before a unique preaching method in church, he speak, he acts, he using videos, lighting effect, sound effect, so AWESOME…

The weather is so HOT… drink a big whole coconut at “Amba Coconut”. My first time DRINK-STANDING…
