Jayne Birthday + GoodBYE 1st year in USM !

620 is a memorable day for me, it’s my best USM friend’s birthday, Jayne Chong.

Early in the morning, I’m still waiting for her reply, because she say she plan to lepak out, so I just ikut her plan, because today is her big day, she is my BOSS. Around 11am, she decided to bring me and another friend to 1^st Avenue lepak… YEAH YEAH…

We are quite lucky today because once we walk out to Sg Dua, straight away we saw a bus waiting us at the bus stop. In the bus, we start our conversation. Through this conversation, Jayne’s friend (Pai sei, I forget his name) is from Math school, guitarist at wanderers, and is also from 18^th XIA XIANG TUAN… World is small…

We reach there around 12.45pm, then that guy suggest: Hei, let’s go SING K… Jayne are so excited once she heard that. So, no choice lorhh… Ikut je… We went to SING K at RED BOX from 1pm to 3pm. For the don’t know past how many years, I had not been SING K long ago. Suddenly JOM RED BOX, I feel guai guai… But, as long celebrate birthday with my best friend, it’s WORTH! OMG! We 3 person keep on singing JAY CHOU songs, we all love JC very much… GUESS what, there I meet dao Caiying, Jackson and Han Long … LOLX… They thought I stalk them…

Next station, 3D movie “World War Z”. I spend about RM22 to watch this 3D movie, sounds interesting. But end up, 1 word describe: STUPID… L Anyway, I enjoy the fun together, not the movie. Because I saw her are so afraid of watching that movie when comes to a scary part. Later on, we went back USM QQ Ban Mee makan... Anyway, I’m glad can lepak with my best friend. I wish her all the best in everything and God bless her.

620 is also a day that I leave my first year life in USM, for the next time I come back, I will become “TIAN GE” already.

7-27, my second semester, live with my beloved roommate, he is call Zan Kai, a pro guitarist who plays guitar all the time. Thanks for being my roommate for this semester. FAREWELL Zan Kai until the next semester.

Monday, whole day studying SHE…

Tuesday, SHE exams at 9am. OMG! It’s just came out 1 questions from the past year questions, plus all the questions they ask is not so straight forward. This time SHE 40 questions, I can say I shoot all the time. L NVM… I’m glad because tomorrow is my last paper. At night, I thought can study my YKT108, manatau suddenly people jio for Dota. So, I jio my roommate play. Then, we play lorhhh … First game, I use Naga Siren, feed 9 9! Meanwhile, Mr.Tse Shaun is watching me play too in his friend room, he is the one who comment on my Facebook that he saw me get killed by Dagon many times… GG.com! Second game, my X owning all the way, pawn my roommate many times… HEHE… The next day exam, I still got the mood DOTA… OMG lahhh ADRIAN LIM…

Wednesday, finally is the day! YKT108 is my last paper for entire semester. For going on to the next semester, we are going to become a senior. We took a group photo just after this paper. :P

My small little head KENA blocked ~ HAIZ... 

Hong Yuan, a pastor have a deep conversation with me just now. I tell him about my dreams, my future life, what’s is my gifts in which section, where I want to serve in, how to help my friends to overcome problems, and many more. In this conversation, I notice that he keep on praise me: VERY GOOD! VERY GOOD! I feel acceptance and warm… Maybe this pastor is another pastor that I can seek for when I face some troubles. J

At night, Lemon and I went to Super Tanker for dinner, and he even don’t know where is Super Tanker. LOLX… We chat a lot about girls, which girls is the prettiest among our course mates. I quite enjoy that dinner because I can know more about my this friend, Lemon Teh. Back room, I start my packing job lurhh… Ready to back home on tomorrow night, but before that I’m still counting down for someone… :P 

11 chapters, I go through 5 times each ... xD

Friday, after morning devotion and breakfast as usual, I went to the library and start study my YKT102 from 10.30pm to 2.30pm there. Later on, I shift to McD continue my second round until 4pm. During this few hours, I manage to study 11 chapters, and try to memorize the key words in every chapter. Back to room, Jia Jia ask me something about this YKT102 exams. That time, I don’t know why, I got the mind of helping her, giving her what she should study in each chapter. So, I typed it out what chapters need to be highlighted and send to her through FB. At the same time, I also post this in my 1^st year communication group, just a purpose of sharing. At night, is my 3^rd time going through everything again with my study partner, Kuyen again. Meanwhile, we discuss and keep on asking questions, it’s so fun. I also share with her my past experience as a PR coordinator. After finish studying, I receive her message, she send this to me: Adrian you thought me lotssss! Thankyouuuu yaaa J I’m touched. Later on, before I went to bed, I go through back everything again, this time is the 4^th round. :P

The next day, is the day I sat for two papers, 1 is YKT102 and another one is LSP300 that I langsung tak sentuh. Early in the morning, as usual, I woke up early just to do last minute preparations, which is the 5^th round of going through everything. During the exam, I saw the questions are quite easy for me. Bahagian A and B almost I can write everything. But, unfortunately for Bahagian C, I write very less points… HAIZ… Nvm, I surrender it to God, although I get a C+ for my coursework. After finish this paper, go back to my room, I start drama-ing and sleep. When I awake I saw my clock is already 1.30pm… Arwww… It’s time to get ready for my next paper, which is LSP300, Academic English. Hmm… This paper a bit bit HARD… The comprehension part some questions is not so straight forward, the information transfer I can’t manage to transfer that smoothly, and the last part is essay writing, this part har… OK OK larhh … xD Finally, after I finish this paper, I went to Khaleel start Youtube-ing plus Facebook-ing before having dinner with Ember, another good friend in university.

Sunday, CHURCH + DRAMA + DOTA … At night, I only start to study YKT108. Within 3 hours, I finish 11 chapters… FUYOHHH… GENG lei … (actually the notes are less, most of them are pictures) 

Enjoying a cup of Teh Tarik, my favorite drink in a cold cold environment... SYIOK lahhhh ...

HAHA… At last, late night, nothing to do, so I decided to do a video clip for someone … :P 

ABNORMAL experience ...

Monday, early in the morning, I quickly went down to the Tekun office to collect my POS LAJU. My Famine 30 form, finally I found you! I need to collect RM80 and post plus bank in everything to them before 12^th June. By that time 10^th June, it means I just have one day to settle it. So, I quickly FB chat to find friends support. I’m so thankful all of my friends are so supportive, some of them even give me RM10. Well, around lunch time I already settle RM80 and I finish my posting and banking around 3.30pm. Wow… I can’t believe myself I’m that efficient. HAHA … OMG! Someone tell me I looks like a Thai-man. Am I? I’m so curios … GG! L

Tuesday, finally it’s starts my first paper, YKT110 Penulisan Berita 1, 2.15pm at DUD RST. Before this, Kuyen and me keep on discussing the topics, we try to help each other to memorize and understand it more. I’m really appreciated have best study partner like her. She is AWESOME!!! During exam, the hall was cold, everybody looks cold too. Once I saw the paper, Oww… It’s not that hard. Thank God I manage to do all that questions, but I just need more time to write more points. During exam, all I need is T.I.M.E.

Wednesday, OWHH… Noo… ABNORMAL time … For the past few hours before exam, I’m becoming ABNORMAL, and 12am I went to KHALEEL continue my ABNORMAL-ing… I really suffer reading all those scientific terms, and I still quite bler… I slept at 3.30am the next morning.

Thursday, I woke up at 7.30am, the day sitting STU244 Abnormal Psychology. Total slept 4 hours only…. Wow… I still left an hour plus for me to reread all the scientific terms. During exam, total got 110 MCQ… I felt the questions are quite direct, not as hard as I imagine. Hmm… I manage to do it confidently and correctly. But at the last part, Gangguan Bahasa there, I TEMBAK a lot… HAIZ… I hope can get a B or B+ is already enough for me. I surrender it to God! At night, big wind + big rain, WET all the way when walking back to my hostel. L

Sunday, after service, makan with CS gang at Hidden Recipe. I don’t know the rice portion is big, I order one extra rice. OMG! I’m so full… At night, I also don’t know why suddenly eat 2 packets of MAGGIE MEE… GG lo… My day today double portion of food… J

Thursday, COFFEE outing with Esther gang. Our big gang include Esther (The organizer), Ling Ling, Isaac, Cain, Pauline, Yi Hong, Lydia, Maydeline, Florence and me. Early in the morning, we went to “Toh Soon Café”…

Suddenly, Esther don’t know how, she felt down at the slope somewhere near the coconut stall there. Everyone are curious… At first, we thought is just a minor injured. But, we are wrong when we saw Esther starts crying. Owww, I know is something wrong, she hurt quite badly this time. I ask the worker inside the shop whether here nearby got any clinic or massage center. She are quite kind too to help to search the place. End up, we all went to a clinic. In the clinic, Esther need to shifted to general hospital for further observations and treatment. So, we moved to GH this time. (Meanwhile I keep on say GE instead of GH, haiz ... election period too excited dy.) In GE, we waited for almost 3 hours plus just to know the results. Finally, thank God, Esther didn’t face any heavy injured, just some nerve pulled or what. Anyhow, we still need to praise the Lord because the Lord never fails Esther, he is the HEALER of all… J

Friday, nothing special just I’m gila with Abnormal Psychology. Don’t know for the past 7-8 hours, read liao 120 pages (total 5 chapters) of this stupid Abnormal thingy. ARGHHH… Making me ABNORMAL soon…

Meanwhile, dinner time with LWCF. I think is our last dinner with all those graduated seniors… Oww… Sure miss them much… <3

Wednesday, I said: Study week is for me to DOTA… LOLzzz… So, I dota for 3 hours plus…

At night, we 4, Esther, Isaac, Ling Ling and me went to FALIM pasar malam. Finally… Owww… At first, Pauline got go, but she is too tired, so she decided not to join us. HAIZ… I really scare Ling Ling no people to accompany her, but manatau she is so independent. Once she steps in the car, Esther starts to say hi. Then Ling Ling ask Esther, do you know how to speak hokkien. Esther reply YES! So, we are speak hokkien in the car. Although I’m a hokkien lang, but seems my hokkien there is much terrible than them, even Isaac is better than mine. Xia shui lurh …

Wahhh … The biggest pasar malam in Penang, here !!! What we eat here? Penang Laksa, Char Kuey Tiao, Char Kuey Kak, Sushi, Fried Abalone Mushroom, Fried Chicken Chop, Mua Ji, Mat Dou Yao dessert, Long Gan, Sugarcane drink… Best food and drink in the town… I spend around RM 12-14… Wow… But, enjoy the day…

CARING is "Shining Jesus's Love"

Tuesday, finally I date Carol, my PKA CGL out for lunch at Roti Bakar. During this conversation, we know each other more, we share our learning in PKA, we encourage each and other. I’m so thankful that Carol care me a lot all the time, she is a CGL who willing to spend time with all the juniors include me although she is so busy with her swimming pool. What I look inside her deep heart is, RESPONSIBILITY. I must learn from her how to responsible to take care of our members. A little single action will makes a big difference. I have a big desire to serve more in Chinese CG next semester. I believe God will provide me the strength. J

Later on, my friend Ylim is sick. So, I accompany her to makan at LG Western food. Although I spend a lot of money today, but is worth, because helping other is our responsibility as Christian need to share the love to our society. Start with our surroundings, when friends need help, I must help them with my full heart. I also pray for her. J

In sum this day, what I learn is CARING is "Shining Jesus's Love".                                   

Maxim Dim Sum + Museum Trip + Syarif Nasi Kandar !

Monday, early in the morning, museum trip with xia xiang ren… Because Yen Rou never visit our USM famous school museum before, so we went there to visit lo… Before that, I had dim sum with Huei Yin, Ah Lun, Wei Zhong and Yu Jing. We went to Maxim Dim Sum at PEKAKA around 9am. The dim sum there not bad xia …

Next station, MUSEUM time… We reached there late… Pai sei pai sei… Ah Lun is our tour guide, thanks to him guide us to the museum. I saw UBAH bird there… OMG !!!

Next, everyone is trying to scare among themselves. We tend to be naughty children walk here and there, act don’t know, bler bler there. When we reached the earthquake thingy, Ren Jie suddenly call us to shake with him … SWT … A lot of happy moment there…

We stand there for 40 minutes… The food it was okok for me, but is quite CHEAP… Enjoy dinner moment with them: Tien Hui, Mike, Monica, Carol and Stephanie (she forget my name again). L

First of June, wow is already JUNE, what a brand new month… This month is our study week and finals exam period… Oww…

On this day, I keep on study YKT110. Finally, I manage to finish all the notes, total 11 of them in 1 day. Wow … Got people say me GILA... Memang la... xDxD

2^nd of June, because I study finish YKT110, so this day I never touch any of my notes. I keep playing Temple Run and watch dramas. I even score a 21,129,420 marks. Wahaha… :P

Early in the morning, we have SHE presentation. This is the day I dance Bharatanatyam. J

Finally, no more assignments, no more tests, nor more presentations, just have MAGGIE MEE 加料！

Evening, relax with xia xiang ren at QB! First, I enjoyed the 50% Starbucks drink, I order large Chocolate Cream Chip. Thanks to my xia xiang papa, Keng Hung belanja. Btw, I wait for 30 minutes there… ARGHHH …

Later on, movie at 7.35pm, FAST & FURIOS 6! What an AWESOME movie … I feel I want to drift my small little Viva after watching this Fast 6! HAHAHA…

1 more thing I remember: Hooi Jia very funny just now, she said: Aiyooorrr…你看那个Adrian，很cute下！OMG!!! Again!!! xDxD

2 TESTS + LWCF FAREWELL night ~

530 is the day I sit for two tests, 1 is Abnormal Psychology another 1 is WUS!

530 is also LWCF FAREWELL night! 

During the Abnormal Psychology test, we need to queue up to enter the exam hall. This is because our test is computerized, we use high tech, E-Learn. Last minute study, but I still don’t understand. I reach SK around 11.30pm, I saw a short queue there, and then I straight away queue behind Keng Leong. Lucky, before we enter, thanks to Keng Leong last minute explains to me all those bio stuff that I hate the most. J YEAH … During the test, OMG! It was totally HARD for me… Oh yah, forget to mention, because this test is computerized, so the scores will appeared after we finish it. 50 minutes for 50 questions, I spend about 35 minutes plus, and guess what I got my result, I got just only 22 correct out of 50. SAD … L

OK… Stop that stupid psychology test, let’s go to the next exam, which is WUS at night 8.30pm. Before exam, I study WUS theories for 3 hours. BUT end up, come out something looks like from the book, but I can’t remember that. The last part lagi worse, come out short essay some more. I thought I can do well in calculation part, manatau i still can’t manage to find all the answers… ARGHHH… NVM… 10% only, dun so stress!!!

Last part what I want to share is LWCF AGM + Appreciation night. We are doing pot bless for our dinner. I bring Fajar famous kuih-muih. Hmmm… Because during this event, I have to go back to DUP sit for the WUS test, so I miss that AGM and appreciation night. I just sempat there to take pictures… To LWCF graduated seniors, thank you for accompany me in my journey in USM, thanks for the hard work that u all did in LWCF. I saw their spirit of serving the CF, is just like what I did last time in my church. For the new committee board, I so many first years students willing to take their post to serve this CF! Praise to the Lord. Although I’m not in the committee, I hope I can help u all in indirectly way. If never clash any events, I 100% will attend LWCF events. I don’t know is the right choice to attend two CF in USM, but I really like CF life. As we bound together, inspired together, laugh together, grow together… This is all call FELLOWSHIP in Christian life. 

LWCF, thank you accepting me to become one of this family. I love you LWCF!!!
