BONANZA Time + "The Lion Men" Movie Day ...

On the 10^th of March, Monday, YEAH … I had sushi bonanza with them, thanks Esther for jio-ing us. That moment, I don’t care, I just kept on eating, especially UNAGI SUSHI … My favorite! Spend liao RM26.60. FUYOHHHHHHHHH ... Finally, I can sit Lian Chih’s motor and have the chance to ride on it. So cool! I fetched her go dinner, bible study and supper. We plan to go George Town one night. Excited …

On the 11^th of March, Tuesday, after my advertising class, I joined an events held by School of Communication, called “Komunikasi Kompeten”. The purpose of this event is to get to know each other more, and by experience the games, students can gain knowledge and benefits as well. The game that we played is “Fear Factor”, we need to eat “those” food to overcome our fear. I terpaksa need to eat “bread + soya sauce”. It’s so SALTY. Next station dinner with PKA follow up sub-com members, with Yi Qian, Sharon, Eunice and Sze Min. We ate famous BAN MEE nearby QB Mall. We started to be alert to all those MIA in PKA big family, we need to have more meets up to follow up them, and I’m the one who will in charge the boy gang.

On the 12^th of March, Wednesday, MOVIE day! I went QB for a movie, “The Lion Men” with Lian Chih. The movie was so AWESOME! A very creative well design movie, all the best to Jack Neo.

On the 13^th of March, Thursday, finally here comes our “hui xiang” meeting. I’m so excited to back to Bukit Merah to see my di di mei mei there. At night, our xia xiang gang dinner at Nazri Tomyam there, we waited for an hour the food baru come. HAIZ … I planned to have food hunt meeting tonight, but end up, FAILED … HAIZ …   

37th MKF - Follow Spot Light experience

This was the second time I’m becoming committee member of MKF. But this time, because of MKF, I unable to join PKA Family Camp. Too sad … T_T

Friday, this is a day rehearsal. Before that, I have my morning prayer time as usual at Padang Kawad. This time is my turn to lead worship but I woke up late, 6.40am only reached there. After morning class, I went back my room and rest. Around 3pm, I’m already at DTSP hall there stand by for my duty that day – Follow Spot Light Man! After I tested the follow spot, I found out it was so simple! EASY JOB la … That night, we run our first rehearsal, event flows not so smooth … Later on, I had supper with Hui Ching at KFC … First time had fast food as my supper, so full.

Saturday, finally is the day, early in the morning around 8am, I had to reach there. I walk tim from Tekun to DTSP, sui no bus! It’s another full run rehearsal for MKF starting from 9am. But bad news is, we can’t use the spot lights, so my follow spot lights them first. So far so good la, my follow spot light still okay, not so many mistakes. Afternoon whole time, they need to practice on stage again, so I’m so free that time. SIENZ … Until 6pm, they started “bai tai”. After dinner, we going to start soon at 8pm, but they released the audience in at 7.40pm. Around 8 plus plus, the whole event started. Well, basically first part Yan Yan will handle it, and I support her; later on the performance part change to my turn to handle that follow spot. It’s a great experience to shoot follow spot on the Emcees, the VIPS, and the performers. This year MKF, informal emcee quite good and funny, kungfu also not bad lah, but last year better. Anyway, most important thing is I get to play something new in USM. J

On the 3^rd of March, Monday, the release date of the BR1M student vouchers. I reached my school around 1pm, manatau CLOSED! I have to wait my 2pm tutorial class finish first. HAIZ … After my 3pm lecturer class, I went to book store and buy my Social Psychology text book, it’s worth RM79, that means I need to buy some stationaries in order to fulfill RM100 voucher. At night, I glad to have dinner with Teren and Isaac before bible study. After bible study, LOK LOK time … WOHOO …

RM250 I can spend ~ YEAH ...

On the 4^th of March, Tuesday, it’s always nothing so special for me…

On the 5^th of March, Wednesday, the very first presentation in this semester. Supposing we are the last group, thanks to Faruoq we get to exchange to number one, quickly finish presentation, lesser stress mahhh … OH YEAH … Starting 3^rd week on wards, tutorial class started. Last time, during Wednesday is my free-ist time, but now I have 4 tutorial slots in Wednesday starting from 8-9, 9-10, 10-11 and 2-3 … Crazy.

On the 6^th of March, Thursday, I post this as my Facebook status:

“It’s my honor and pleasure to help this old aunty who still doing her masters in USM. Although she is old, she still willing to sit down, learns how to use computer and jot down the steps one by one. I so blessed who can teach this old lady today. BTW, she is an English teacher! “Students teach teacher!”

At library, this old lady ask me how to copy paste into thumb drive. Then, I say easy job, let me help u. Later on, she request me to make powerpoint for her as she want to do slides show presentations. I told her, no problem, 5 mins can settle everything. After helping her edit and design the ppt, she reward me RM10 to appreciate me. That time, it’s so hard for me to reject her offer, she kept on put the money in my pocket, I can’t do anything about her. I felt PAI SEI because it’s really a small matter as I’m not supposed to receive this money, but at her perspectives, she just wanted to thank me. So, I just received it. So BLESS …

Finally is 1^st of March, time flies so fast… 1 more month for my NEW CHURCH…

Saturday, early in the morning, I went hiking with SAW HD, pastor and bro Eng Siong at Bukit Gambir hill, since first year until now, haven’t been here for so long. I remember my first time was with pastor and bro Eng Siong too and the first couple in LWCF I knew, SooperPerasan and Ai Choon. Later on, we went to Sungai Nibong famous kuey tiao sup for breakfast. I order one kuey tiao sup and one chee qiong fan; mana tau SAW more jia lark as he ordered one kuey tiao sup and one more hakka mee. Suddenly, Andrew called me, ask me out for lunch around 12pm as Grace is back. “WHAT THE” I just ate my breakfast at 10.30am, l hour plus later another round. Walaowei … We have our lunch at Wisten Ishes restaurant. Grace belanja TOMYAM soup lagi, I ordered one set rice lagi … OMG! My tummy becoming bigger and bigger already. I enjoyed and had reunion with our beloved Grace at that moment. At night, CNY at DTSP. AWESOME show and performance. I went with my best friend, Jayne. YEAH YEAH … I took pics with Geraldine there as I bought her EP ... We enjoyed a lot there … J

Sunday, before service start, Yee Shun suddenly told me that today Queensbay Mall there came “Benji” from the Journey this hot movie. Then, I replied her: JOM! So, after service and lunch, Yee Shun and I waited for 45 minutes bus and plan to take picture with them. So RANDOM decision. HEHE … At QB, we saw a lot of people there berebut to get on stage. We spend 30 minutes standing there just to take picture with them. YEAH YEAH … By the time I want to selfie with them, the staff there blocked us. T_T … Besides taking pictures, we also go window shopping, eat Q-bean ice-cream and Durian puff there. I had a happy moment with her … But, I missed captain ball … OH NO …

Visiting Penang 2nd Bridge ~

On the 24^th of March, Monday, awesome day, no tutorial, means I just have only one lecturer class. After class, once I reached my room, I quickly change into sports attire and I’m ready to go for a jog at stadium. Who knows, no one was there jogging, I’m the first person who jog there. Seriously, maybe the weather is too hot during that time. After jogging, I attended Kungfu Night informal rehearsal at DUD. The Kungfu are not new to me, but the informal emcees performances are pretty cool. I have to sell at least 5 tickets har… HAIZ … But I managed to sell it to Pheona ~ YEAH YEAH …

On the 25^th of March, Tuesday, nothing special, just attend class as normal, but just only one class, Advertisement again. Don’t know why the lectures are so bored.

On the 26^th of March, Wednesday, this was the first tutorial I attend in this semester, Social Psychology. I’m so glad and blessed to have a tutor name “Chong Wei”. AWWWWW … Listen is “KEE CHONG WEI” not “LEE CHONG WEI”. Although the name was sounds similar, but they totally different, one thing that same was they play badminton. That was the first class he thought that day, so he is quite BLUR BLUR one, who cares, he was so CUTE & ADORABLE. HAHA … At night, our very first “Little Star” informal outing had arrived. We (Olivia, Hui Ching, SAW HD, Lee Yi, Joanna, and me) went to “Sungai Dua Kuey Tiao Sup” eat. I met a new friend call Joanna who is already a last year student, but she still don’t know this place, need me this junior bring senior go cari makan. LOLX …

On the 27^th of March, Thursday, finally can dinner with her, junior Hui Ching. We had our dinner at LK Western Food (long time no eat ady), through our conversation, we get to know more, and I share a lot of university life stories to her. Later on, continue next round: PENANG 2^nd bridge. I’m so excited … WOHOO … It’s so pretty and can fellowship with a brunch of brother and sisters in Christ. When we pattern a lot, we laugh together, supper together. BEST memories ever have! I still got my very special post … Keke …

On the 28^th of March, Friday, I missed the morning prayer and late for 30 mins. Later on what I can’t tahan is class on 8am. HAIZ … So sleepy during class. Today is our PKA praise & worship workshop and Cajon tutorial. I enjoyed a lot and keep on reminds me worship God is come from our heart. During the cajon tutorial, I do learn a lot of new bits too … YEAH YEAH … At night, after dinner, Saw HD and I have a deep talk in his room. What a deep talk … J

The 5th time to Balik Pulau ...

BALIK PULAU here I come again!

From 21^st to 23^rd February, we had our LWCF retreat camp at Balik Pulau.

First day, I reached there quite late because I’ve afternoon class. So, we reach there around 8pm and have our steamboat dinner. Thanks to the early ones who prepare the food for us. I ate a lot of TOM YAM Maggie Mee. I ate dao VOMIT… Imagine so many hot dogs in front of me again. (I had a hotdog experience in PUCS last time) After dinner, we had our first precious moment with the Holy Bible-Bible study time. Here, I found out it’s so important to make sure our identity in Christ, every one of us are so specially created by God. We also talk about true freedom, is only Christ who gave us the freedom in our lives.

Second day, early in the morning, the thing that wake up me is food. Thanks to the first years who prepare everything for us. So blessed! Later on, it’s time to out to beach. There, we have our morning devotion first. Later on, it’s KENA time, beach games handled by me and Lian Chih. First, we played the “driver” game. 2 persons a team, 1 drive, 1 are blind. We need to find the flag and grab it, whoever had the most flags wins. Next game we played is “Dodge Ball”. At first, Lian Chih team VS Adrian team, I’m the team who always win them. But who knows that when comes to first year VS second year, we second year lost for 2 games, memang MEMALUKAN leiii … Haha …

Next, we have our famous BALIK PULAU laksa for our lunch. It’s taste so AWESOME …

After our lunch, we went to visit a small farm. We saw a brunch of chickens crowing “Thok thok thok” … Then everyone laugh because the chickens are trying to crow “Ah Thock Ah Thock Ah Thock”. That moment, we kept on Thock Thock Thock-ing … LOLX …

Later on, back to our home continue our precious moment 2 with the Bible. This time pastor Looi come down and lead us in this moment. Later on, everyone have to nap for a while before my next activity started. When everyone is awake, we ate durian first prepared by Eng Seong, Ah Thock and me myself. Later on, it’s my “Narugotto” Time. This is actually a quiz game, both group need to be fast to answer the questions that I design. There are 5 kinds of categories in that particular quiz, these are general knowledge, academic knowledge, USM knowledge, bible knowledge and recognizing knowledge. The most interesting is the recognize part because they need to identify the person with just looking their simple appearance. What happen is, Andrew can’t guess his own picture. WALAOWEI … LOL …

Around 6.15pm, we went out for sunset time. The sun was so awesome nice with a brunch of awesome brothers and sisters. I pattern a lot I know …

We have our dinner time at a Chinese restaurant. We order chicken, taufu, egg and vege and it just only RM39. Compare to the other table they order so many cost them RM72. Muahaha … At night when we back to our house, Jai Voon straight away lead us to the next activity call “Face to Face, Heart to Heart”. This is the special moment I would like to spend with them. Here, we start to share our own testimonies, our family backgrounds, and our feelings in LWCF. Everyone is so touched by what we shared. This activity helps us to keep encourage each and others so we could fellowship together in Christ.

Third day, I’m the latest person who woke up. HAIZ … After our breakfast, we start our evaluation and planning for our semester LWCF activities and events. I’m so excited to have so many upcoming events such as mission trip, food hunt, and Captain Ball match. YEAH YEAH … Surprisingly, Eng Siong order KFC as our lunch, every one of us are so excited with this junk food, looks like we hadn’t eat before. HAHA …

To conclude, although the same venue that I went for this retreat, but I totally experience different kind of journey in my USM life. I enjoyed a lot here. I believe God will prepare a way for me to grow in CF spiritually. J

Eunice + Jai Voon's birthday at Azuma ...

On the 19^th of February, Wednesday, I went lunch to Jayne, ate one plate of “Wa Tan Ho”, but still not enough, so ordered another “Wan Tan Mee”. At night, dinner with Teren them, same place again, at Plus 2, ate 2 bowl of rice, because the uncle there say “add rice” no need extra charge one. LOL… So, this day I memang KUAT makan hor … Later on, I went to Wen Yu interview for protocol. They memang simply interview one, HAIZ … I don’t think I will get it as so many competitors. Btw, meet and knew a new friend call, Darren Koay.

On the 20^th of February, Thursday, we, LWCF gang went to QB’s Azuma Japanese restaurant celebrated Eunice and Jai Voon’s birthday. We enjoyed Japanese food and have a lot of fun there. Owhhh … Today, I’m wearing totally GREEN, Suk Wy is the first person who noticed this and voices it out to me. HEHE ... It's time to ready for CF Retreat Camp tomorrow lorh ... YEAH YEAH ... xDxD
